You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify GapaVDS of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Usage

You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Distribution of malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Phishing or engaging in fraudulent activities
• Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk emails
• Hosting illegal content or engaging in illegal activities
• Any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the services or networks connected to GapaVDS

4. Payment and Billing

All fees are payable in advance according to the service selected. Payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. GapaVDS reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided to customers before renewal.

5. Service Availability

GapaVDS strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss that may occur.

6. Data Backup

While GapaVDS performs regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data. GapaVDS is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances.

7. Termination

GapaVDS may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GapaVDS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

GapaVDS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify customers of any significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

1. General Refund Policy

GapaVDS offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new hosting and VDS services. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund. This refund policy does not apply to domain registrations, SSL certificates, or add-on services.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

• The refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase
• Your account must be in good standing
• You must not have violated our Terms of Service

3. Domain Registration

Domain registration fees are non-refundable. This is due to the fact that domain registrations are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once registered.

4. Renewal Payments

Refunds are not provided for renewal payments. The money-back guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of a service.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

8. Exceptions

GapaVDS reserves the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraud, abuse of our services, or violation of our Terms of Service. Additionally, promotional or discounted services may have different refund terms as specified during purchase.
